Fast Cure is our powerful and high-performance curing unit designed to cure dental parts in one to six minutes. Formlabs Dental resins have been rigorously validated and fine-tuned with Fast Cure to work safely and seamlessly in an end-to-end workflow. The touch screen makes it easy to start a cure cycle with preloaded validated settings for each Formlabs Dental resin.

Form Cure V1

Form Cure V1 precisely combines heat and 405 nm light to consistently post-cure prints. Post-curing maximizes material properties for stereolithography prints, improving parts' strength and performance. For biocompatible materials, post-curing is necessary to achieve the safety standards determined by regulatory agencies.
Form Cure V2 is now available and offers blazing fast curing and near instant heat up with a larger chamber volume.
Form Cure L V1 230V

Form Cure L V1 uses two 500W heaters and high-powered UV lights alongside a reflective inner cavity and rotating turntable to provide a consistent, high-intensity cure.
Post-curing completes the chemical reaction started during printing, enhancing final part strength, toughness, heat resistance, and creep resistance while creating a harder, less tacky surface. For biocompatible materials, post-curing is necessary to achieve the safety standards determined by regulatory agencies.
Form Cure L V2 is now available and offers blazing fast curing and near instant heat up with a larger chamber volume and compact footprint.

Form Wash L V1

All SLA 3D printed parts require washing to remove residual resin. Form Wash L V1 automates this process, leaving you with smooth, clean, high-quality parts every time.
Once washing completes, parts are lifted out of the solvent to air dry, avoiding over-soaked, warped prints. The embedded solvent monitor helps you maintain peak cleaning performance by notifying you when it’s time to replace your solvent.
Use Form Wash L V1 with your Form 3 Series prints. Wash one Form 3L build platform or two Form 3 build platforms with the included build platform adapter.
Form Wash L V2 is now available and offers cross-compatibility with Form 4, Form 4L, Form 3, and Form 3L Ecosystems.

Form Wash L V2

All SLA 3D printed parts require washing to remove residual resin. Form Wash L automatically cleans printed parts thoroughly and efficiently with IPA or alternative solvents.
Keep parts directly on the Build Platform as you transition them from the printer to Form Wash L, or remove parts and place them in the wash basket. Parts are precisely and thoroughly agitated in solvent with an impeller, getting every nook and cranny perfectly clean, automatically for the appropriate time. When washing completes, Form Wash automatically raises parts out of the solvent so they can air dry, avoiding over-soaked, warped prints.
Use Form Wash L with all of your Formlabs SLA 3D printers. Wash one Form 4L build platform or two Form 4 build platforms with the included build platform adapter.

Formlabs Resin Washing Solution (5 L)

Formlabs Resin Washing Solution is a non-flammable solution for cleaning resin off of 3D printed parts. This solution cleans as well as IPA, but can dissolve nearly twice as much resin before becoming saturated. Reduce wash replenishing and cost per washed part with a part-cleaning solution safe enough for any workspace.
Formlabs Resin Washing Solution is recommended with Form Wash and Form Wash L.

Solvent Pump

Solvent Pump is a battery-powered pump that quickly fills and empties a wash bucket for Form Wash. Solvent Pump eliminates the risk of chemical spills and simplifies your workflow.

Form 4L Finish Kit Package

Put the finishing touches on your parts quickly and easily with the comprehensive Form 4L Finish Kit, while keeping your workspace clean and organized. The cleaning tools kit includes a drying tray, tank tool, tweezers, scraper, removal tool, build platform jig, rinse bottle, battery-powered solvent pump, flush cutters, and disposable nitrile gloves. The large-scale rinse bucket allows you to rinse prints directly on the build platform or after removal.
