Permanent Crown Resin is a tooth-colored, ceramic-filled resin for 3D printing of permanent single crowns, inlays, onlays, and veneers. Permanent Crown Resin produces high strength, long term restorations with an accurate and precise fit. Low water absorption and a smooth finish ensure restorations made from Permanent Crown Resin have a low tendency to age, discolor, or accumulate plaque.
Available in four VITA* shades (A2, A3, B1, C2).
A Stainless Steel Build Platform is required when printing with Permanent Crown Resin for optimal aesthetics and performance. We recommend purchasing the Permanent Crown Resin Starter Pack if you do not currently have a Stainless Steel Build Platform.
Supports print resolutions: 50 microns

Form Wash Settings
3 min in IPA
To ensure that finished parts are biocompatible, follow all part washing notes in the Instructions for Use. Maintain separate wash buckets for biocompatible materials. Do not leave Permanent Crown Resin in IPA for longer than 3 minutes total, as excessive solvent exposure affects the quality of the final part. Use an IPA-filled squeeze bottle to remove any remaining resin on the printed parts and in between supports and rafts. An IPA-soaked brush may help with resin removal.
Form Cure Settings
20 + 20 min
Post-curing as recommended in the material-specific Instructions for Use is required to ensure optimal performance and biocompatibility of 3D printed dental appliances. This resin requires two post-curing cycles. Remove supports and sandblast between post-curing cycles.
