Why Choose Denture Base Resin V2?

Denture Base Resin V2 enables dental professionals to 3D print durable, high-impact denture bases with lifelike aesthetics using a streamlined and validated process.

Long-Term Performance

Deliver dentures with the toughness to stand up to everyday wear and accidental drops — along with the compatibility to be relined with a range of hard and soft materials and repaired using standard repair methods — giving dentists and lab technicians the confidence to guarantee their work for years of patient wear.

Lifelike, Adaptive Aesthetics

Provide natural-looking gingiva in three shades — Original, Light, and Dark Pink — and optimal translucency that blends seamlessly with the patient's tissue.

Streamlined, Validated Process

Reach the final denture in fewer steps without additional equipment — a 10-minute IPA wash, 20-minute post-cure, and no extra solvents — with the ease of an auto-dispense cartridge and the fully validated Formlabs ecosystem.

Open, Flexible Workflow

Pair with Formlabs Premium Teeth Resin and streamline denture assembly using the Denture Base Resin V2 as a bonding agent — or stay flexible with full compatibility for milled, carded, or third-party 3D printed teeth and bonding materials.

Applications

Denture Base Resin V2 is expanding access to durable, lifelike digital dentures with a streamlined, validated, and cost-effective manufacturing solution.

* Material properties may vary based on part geometry, print orientation, print settings, and temperature. Data for post-cured samples were measured on Type I tensile bars printed on a Form 4B printer with 100 µm Denture Base Resin V2 settings, washed in a Form Wash for 10 minutes in ≥99% Isopropyl Alcohol, and post-cured at 80 °C for 30 minutes in a Form Cure L V1. Testing was performed at NAMSA World Headquarters, OH, USA.

Washing

The foundational step in any SLA post-processing workflow is to remove excess resin on the surface of the parts through an alcohol wash. Please refer to the material's manufacturing guide/IFU for washing instructions.

Curing

For biocompatible materials, post-curing is necessary to achieve the safety standards determined by regulatory agencies. Please follow the material’s manufacturing guide/IFU for proper post-processing.
