*Material properties may vary based on part geometry, print orientation, print settings, temperature, and disinfection or sterilization methods used. Data was obtained from parts printed using Form 3B(+), 50 μm, Premium Teeth Resin settings, and using post-processing instructions listed in the Premium Teeth Resin Manufacturing Guide. Premium Teeth Resin was tested at NAMSA World Headquarters, OH, USA.
Washing
Premium Teeth Resin may be washed using either a Formlabs-validated wash unit (1) or an ultrasonic wash unit (2).
The foundational step in any SLA post-processing workflow is to remove excess resin on the surface of the parts through an alcohol wash. Please refer to the material's manufacturing guide/IFU for washing instructions.

FAQ
Premium Teeth Resin is a nano-ceramic filled biocompatible material designed for dental professionals. It can be used to 3D print denture teeth for removable dentures, try-in dentures, temporary full-arch implant-supported restorations (All-on-X appliances), temporary single units such as crowns, inlays, onlays, and veneers, and bridges of up to seven units.
No. Premium Teeth Resin is formulated specifically for temporary and provisional dental restorations. It is not indicated for permanent restorations.
Premium Teeth Resin delivers industry-leading intraoral mechanical performance. Its tested properties include a flexural strength of 155 MPa, a flexural modulus of 4300 MPa, and a Shore hardness of 90 D. Note that material properties may vary based on part geometry, print orientation, print settings, temperature, and disinfection or sterilization methods used. You can download the full Premium Teeth Resin Technical Data Sheet for complete details.
The material is engineered with optimized color, translucency, and opalescence to create realistic, life-like appliances. It is available in four shades (BL, A2, B1, and A3) so dental professionals can closely match natural tooth appearance.
Premium Teeth Resin has been rigorously tested for validated longevity. It is resistant to wear, staining, and abrasion, and is designed to maintain its original characteristics over time in intraoral conditions.
Yes. Premium Teeth Resin is manufactured at Formlabs' FDA-registered facility in Ohio within a Quality Management System that is ISO 13485 and EU MDR certified. Production takes place inside a certified ISO Class 8 clean room, and all applicable resins are registered with the FDA and CE marked according to the EU MDR.
Post-processing involves two steps: washing and curing. Parts should first be washed to remove excess resin using either a Formlabs-validated wash unit such as Form Wash or Form Wash L or an ultrasonic wash unit. After washing, parts must be post-cured in a validated curing unit such as Form Cure or Form Cure L. Specific time and temperature settings, as well as full instructions, are provided in the material's manufacturing guide and Instructions for Use (IFU).
Yes. One of the advantages of Premium Teeth Resin is its compatibility with conventional finishing workflows. It offers easy polishability and is designed to reduce post-processing time compared to more complex digital workflows.
